How does Custom Picture Framing work?

 Lots of people have never visited a custom frame shop.  If you've never been to one, you probably want to know what to expect.  

The best way to see what you like and get an accurate price based on your selections is to bring your piece into the shop.  

If you have other pieces you want to match, or colors you want to coordinate, bring photos of those, too. If you have a budget you need to stay within, let us know that as well so we can help you find selections that work for you.  

 Pick frame samples and mats to try with your artwork.  We'll help you find exactly what you were looking for.  Didn't have an idea in mind? No problem! We will guide you every step of the way! Some people know exactly what they want and they are in and out in minutes.  Other people want to try new ideas, look at different colors and frames and weigh their options.  Those visits can take a bit longer.  Plan to spend some time here to make sure you pick exactly what you want.

 Once you have made a selection, a 50% deposit is due to start the work.  Leave your art with us, comfortable in the knowledge that we are fully insured and take great care to protect all artwork entrusted to us.  

We will give you an estimate on a completion date (usually about 2 weeks).  Need it faster? Let us know! 

When the work is done, we will contact you.  You can pick it up, or if you need delivery and/or installation services, we can handle that, too!

We do make custom mirrors and we can order the mirror for you!  All you need is a size.  You pick the frame, we do everything else!

If you have a digital photo you would like to frame, you can send it to us to print!  We will print it to the size you specify and frame it with your selections.

We are working on a website to allow you to upload your photo and make mat and frame selections right from your computer.  Until then, we can work with you through email.  You can email photos to us with your framing ideas and we can send you photos and prices.  Once your selection is made and framing is complete you can pick up the finished piece at the shop or we can ship it or deliver it (for an additional fee).
